  3. Choosing Your Duration: After the first 24 hours, our team will reach out to offer you longer options: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion.
    • Note: If we don’t hear back from you within another 24 hours after we send these options, your account will be reopened.
  4. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the exclusion is active. It will state exactly when the period ends.

What Happens During Your Exclusion?

Once you are self-excluded, the following rules apply to keep the process effective:

  • No Access: You cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw funds while the exclusion is active;
  • Balance & Bets: You should not leave a balance in your account when requesting exclusion. If you have active bets, we will “Cash Out” what we can at the moment of confirmation. Any remaining stakes or winnings won’t be returned or reinstated later;
  • No Bonuses: You won’t be eligible for any rewards, bonuses, or promos;
  • No Reversals: We cannot cancel or shorten an exclusion once it has started. If you choose a permanent exclusion, the account stays closed indefinitely.
